1. Services
Crafted Dots provides fixed-budget creative services including UX/UI design, branding, websites, no-code development, motion design, and related digital solutions
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice
2. Payment Terms
A 50% upfront deposit is required before project commencement
Once work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable
The remaining 50% payment must be completed before final delivery, transfer of files, or website publishing
Payments are accepted via approved methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, or equivalent platforms
No source files, exports, domains, or website transfers will be delivered until the full balance is received
3. Scope of Work & Revisions
Each project includes deliverables defined in the approved proposal.
Revisions rounds are included in each Pricing Package
Each revision round must be submitted as one consolidated written list
Additional revisions, new requests, or major creative direction changes outside the approved scope will be billed separately
Crafted Dots reserves the right to issue a revised quotation for significant scope changes.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide all required content, assets, credentials, and feedback on time
Communicate respectfully and professionally
Submit approvals and revision requests through approved communication channels
Project timelines may automatically extend if feedback, approvals, or materials are delayed.
5. Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, visuals, animations, source files, code, and creative assets remain the property of Crafted Dots until full payment is received
Before final payment:
Clients receive preview-only access
Unauthorized copying, recording, modification, or reuse is prohibited
After full payment:
The Client receives rights to use the final approved deliverables for the agreed project
Crafted Dots retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
6. Privacy & Data Usage
We may collect personal information including:
Name
Email address
Project details
Communication data submitted through forms, bookings, or direct contact
This information is used solely to:
Provide and improve our services
Communicate regarding projects and inquiries
Maintain business operations and support
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect stored information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure
7. Cancellation & Termination
By Client:
Cancellation before project start may qualify for a partial refund excluding administrative or preparation costs
Cancellation after work begins results in the deposit being non-refundable
Completed work up to the cancellation date may be invoiced additionally if applicable
By Crafted Dots:
We reserve the right to terminate a project in cases including:
Non-payment
Abusive or disrespectful communication
Excessive scope changes
Client inactivity exceeding 14 consecutive days
In such cases, all unfinished work remains the property of Crafted Dots
8. Usage Restrictions
Clients may not:
Reproduce or recreate unpaid work
Hire third parties to replicate concepts before project completion
Publish or launch incomplete or unpaid deliverables
Unauthorized usage of unpaid work may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action
9. Communication
Approved communication channels include:
Email
Whatsapp
Slack
Notion
ClickUp
Calls and meetings must be scheduled in advance.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+5)
Responses outside working hours are not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Crafted Dots shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or deliverables.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Internet outages
Natural disasters
Illness
Government restrictions
Technical failures
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Crafted Dots operates
